Its perfectly natural for the tattoo to not look quite as vibrant as when it was first applied. Can you post a pic?

What you really should be doing is taking everything you just said, and say that to a tattoo artist in person. They would be able to help you best.

I have a few of those on my arms. Nothing to worry about as long as the skin on top is normal. Might feel a little wierd though when the needles goes over it 😀

I have heard of good tattoo artists working from their home. In every case though, they had a room that was completely sterile and clean with all the things mentioned in Sherav’s post ie… it was converted into a mini-tattoo studio. They also had the portfolios ready for anyone who wanted to see, both in person and online.

Dont really know why you would want to copy someone’s custom tattoo anyway. Why not get an artist to draw up a unique one just for you.

Ive pretty much lost count. Id say at the very least 20 times. I have about 140 hours or so. Its hard to tell since i didnt really keep count most of the time. I guess im just at that point where i cant really remember every moment of every individual session. Oh well, still have the resulting artwork 😀
