Hey, I’ve also been thinking of that idea… except I didn’t think of having it wrap around… sounds cool, maybe have the chain of a pocket watch wrap around! I have wondered similarly… I think I’d feel comfortable sitting down with an artist to just talk about ideas and stuff. Is it commonplace to do so? Are artists usually open to having a “meeting” to see what he/she might be able to do and suggest before making an appointment?

That’s a good question. I’ve often wondered if I could go to an artist w/ some separate pics that could possibly be incorporated into on tat. Interested in reading comments you get.

Getting a band tat is highly risky. 1. That band will prob not be around for the longrun. 2. I always think “What happens if that band changes. Some bands totally shift their music. I wouldn’t get a band, cuz let’s say the lead singer turns out to be a douche bag… Feel sorry for anyone who might have gotten a Limp Bizkit tat back in the day LOL
