You will need to keep it dry. I can’t think of anything worse then some bleach water on it. they make gloves that go all the way to your arm pits if I were you I would invest in a set of those.

Most likely is whatever you are using for aftercare. Stop using it and if goes away thats what it is if not it could be the red ink. Or could be the super aids 😉

Go to the best tattoo artist in your area and have them do this. This is their job and it’s part of the whole process.

If they are small tattoos I wouldn’t worry about them. If they are big they can tattoo around them. If you have them removed it will leave a small scar, the scar will need some time to heal before you start jabbing it with a needle. Probably should wait 3 to 6 months or longer depending on the size of scar.
