The lighthouse tattoo could turn out very well. My girlfriends mom loves lighthouses and I instantly thought of her when viewing this thread. IMHO, this could be done really well.

For some reason I see a fierce case of “owl eyes” in the middle of the tribal. Would be cool to turn it into a piece of some kind of vulture/owl or bird piece or something along those lines. It’s going to be a LOT of hours, esp if the detail and color is high in quality. I’m not done with my half sleeve yet and I’m already on about 15 hours in, so you’re possibly looking at 25+ depending how the speed of your tattooist and the intangibles of the tat design.
