not really to me , hard to tell for sure because they is no area with a fresh tattoo on it to see :rolleyes:
looks a decent size so it’s possible it could swell a little anyways ..

over a long time it would spread and prob fill in , but it sounds like you need a touch up to me

i just remember seeing a pic of it and liking it 🙂

the black in my wings healed a bit like that , it had to be touched up but was fine the second time.
just keep looking after it and go see the tattooist that did it after all the silver skins gone
