I don’t see how you CAN make them flow together. A circle is a closed thing, and it is a boundary on it’s own. IMO they should not touch, nor should they in any way blend together.

I would say that the lesson you need to take from this is to listen to your instincts. Sadly, you did not, despite knowing full well that you were in for a world of trouble.

Don’t make the same mistake again. Find a better artist to try to salvage what you’ve got.

I wouldn’t say perfectly, but I planned it as far as I could, then took it to an apprentice that did his thing with it. I’m very happy with the outcome, though, so it’s ‘perfect’ in that sense 🙂
