Yeah a lot of shops won’t do the sketch unless they’re going to do the tattoo also. However, the initial sketch is then shown to the client who may want subtle changes made. That may mean the original drawing is “tweaked” which is an inconvenience to the artist but should definitely be allowed. You should be able to research and select artists…[Read more]

You also better hope you don’t need or expect a free touch up. Most artists will do free touch ups but only if you’ve followed their aftercare instructions. So if your screwup created ink loss you’re probably on your own. Not smart, dude.

Not sure of specifics but I suggest you do something to represent the family as a whole, not 7 individuals combined into one tattoo.

I have to admit even though it’s not the best I’ve seen I like it a little better since seeing the other pics of the whole arm rather than the seperate areas. It seems to go together fairly well.

I like the style of the traditional mask. Even though I like the way you did the horse, since this is a different piece in a different location I’d go with a more traditional style tiki. Good luck, look forward to seeing what the artist comes up with.

Tribal sucks, this could definitely be done but I think it will make for a black blob of ink not a creatively artistic tattoo. I would think you could come up with something better but if tribal is your thing then whatever.
