Yes you can cover it but it is going to be a huge tattoo as you will need to cover a difficult shape.

Bold colours are going to be required you could go for pretty much anything that will wrap over the whole area of skin.

Yes it can be done but you would need a very good artist to avoid the cartoon look (unless that is the style you like).

Have a think about the colours as the ones on the sleeve really do rock and whilst a tattoo may not be able to 100% replicate it can get pretty close.

Hi personally for a calf I would go for the down drop wings which can be reduced without too much detail loss if size is an issue.

The up wings would require a wrap to make to do them justice (which you do not want) and the small straight ones always seem a little cartoony or feminine to me (this is just a personal taste thing).
