I read constantly, usually kill one a week. This week I’m working on Monster by Frank Peretti. It’s kinda weird in the way it’s basically two separate books at once.
The first book is a high tension horror-adventure of a guy trying to track down a literal monster that kidnapped his wife, while at the same time trying to convince the authorities…[Read more]

Okay, I’ve got it.
I don’t know if you’re in college, or working in the real world, but here’s how you do it. First, acquire yourself a gun. If you’re in L.A., you should be able to lay hands on a MAC 10 fairly easily, but if not, any metropolitan area will provide you with either a full auto, or at least a converted semi-auto.
Once you get…[Read more]

Not even close to allright. The nonfilled in parts would look exactly like that–like they weren’t filled in. I’m sorry, but 9/10, any design with that much white in it is gonna look like crap.

Getting excited by a tattoo is a stupid little thing? Wow, are you in the wrong place. I mean, I don’t know if you noticed, but we’re slightly excited FOR you.
What’s the actual idea you’re kicking around?

Depends on how dark your skin is. Typically though, white doesn’t show up worth a damn even on a really light skinned white person. If you’re African American, forget it.

When a shop treats you badly, you’re supposed to name name my man. It’s how tattoos work–there’s no regulation, so it works by word of mouth. When someone does you right, you tell everyone. When someone fucks you around, you tell everyone. Otherwise you’re letting someone else walk into a buzzsaw, which makes you a douche.
Just saying.
As for…[Read more]

It’s better for you to vent than to bottle it until you do something stupid. I’m sorry this is happening to you.
But while you may do something stupid like stab the bastard, you yourself are not stupid. When you love someone, let them in, no matter how hard you are, they’re part of you. They’re familiar. They’re your life. It’s hard to let that…[Read more]

I think you’re being a wuss and using social embarrassment and acceptability as an excuse to not go for what you want. Man up, knock the piecer to the floor, rip his pants off, and ride that mother fucker until you get bored with it.

Granted. Walking down Vine Street on a trip to Cincinnati, a brother rolls up on you and compliments you on your ink. Y’all get to talking, and he mentions he’s a tattoo artist. Taking a shine to you, he offers to give you a free piece, and you jump at the offer. Following him down into his basement level apartment in a building first constructed,…[Read more]
