A photo would be useful to see if it is coverable. Your tattoo artist will be able to advise on a sensible path to take as from some cover ups I have seen that is over tribal they have never been great and can normally still see a portion or alot of the old tattoo.

I saw a lad with Mum tattooed on his neck in a tribal style at Tescos LOL it was lovley!

My presumption was wrong lol. I would have thought anyone who was getting visible ink had sleeves done along with other bigger areas before going for the neck or hands.
