It’s obviously an amazing tattoo and I can see that the banner sort of flows with the overall piece but I really think the two “B’s” look totally out of place and could maybe have been incorporated in a more subtle manner. Maybe it’s because I’m a Yankees fan but I can’t help but seeing two Red Sox logos on the foreheads.

I checked out the website and couldn’t determine which artist did which tattoo but overall their work looks pretty good so hopefully it will all work out. What are you going to do for a cover?

It doesn’t serve any purpose to show someone else’s tattoo and not yours. You’re asking for suggestions as to what can be added to your tattoo but you don’t post yours and you show someone else’s. Dependig on how big you’re willing to go I would think this needs a relatively flat, good size placement like on the back.

Despite what the tv tattoo shows will lend you to believe, not every tattoo has to have deep sentiment and tell a life story. My personal idea is to skip the quote and focus on an image to represent the words. It’s just my opinion but I really don’t like just quote tattoos, especially ones with some type of life motto or inspirational crap like that. To me, quotes belong on t-shirts and bumper stickers. Get something more artistic and creative and don’t over think the meaning.

Personally I’m not sure that all black like that would translate well to a tattoo and not sure how you’d do the face and guitar. It could be used as reference but I just don’t thik it would work as it is…of course I could be wrong.
