I have tattoo of faces (see my album) but no portraits. I love them. But i dont think i would ever get a portrait either.

i drove 6hrs to my appointment, started at 6pm, finished at 5am and drove back home another 6hrs. and next day i flew another hour to get work from another artist. so yeah…

Thats the thing. Youre asking complete strangers what to get. Basically youre not ready to get a tattoo cuz youre asking complete strangers what to get on your body that is going to be on there forever.

that area of the hand (well any area of the hand) is difficult to ink. next time try going to a reputable shop and not out of someones house.

For only 3 months drawing its pretty good, but you are right u have a long ways to go. As long as u keep focused and dedicated i think u will do just fine.

It doesnt matter if its b/g or color. Any fine detail tattoo will lose its detail over time. The only tattoos that stand the test of time is usually the ones with bold lines (ie. Traditional americana, traditional japanese, new school american, etc). But for me, i am more a fan of the fine detail tattoos and i really dont care how it will look…[Read more]
