The first two are doable by a great artist but will they want to do it? My money is on no. and they would work much better on your shoulder then your forearm. The third one could kick some ass.

Your artist will know what kind of ink to use(broken record).
I have a bunch of light blue and blue green that has held up just fine.

This is not a artist this is a tattooist. There is no reason for sub par artists there is so many great artist out there.
