As suggested you could do with relining the body and a reshade will fill out the body much better and get the shading in on muscle definition.

It is very nice if I was being a perfectionist I would add a few more scales around the second eyelid (many drawings have dragons with 2 sets of lids one above and one at the side) so it seems more filled in with the eye.

White is a very difficult colour for anything other than highlights as it tends to fade very rapidly.

If you look at my backpiece the artist used a mix of blue, purple, and white to create a white effect on the tiger – however it is not pure white and will need regular touchups.
