Also avoid sunscreen on the tattoo area this can and will mess with your ink. Also have some bottled water and if you are sweating profusely for extended try and gently pat down the tattoo with clean water every 3-4 hrs of extensive exercise.

No rubbing it just wipes away the salt build up and will relieve the sting.

The issue is simple put a lot of thought into what you want and which artist to execute it. That is because you want excellent art on your skin. There is no point in having the most complex meaning of a tattoo if it comes out looking like a black blob.

Ideally you would be looking at least 6 inches long by 4 inches wide so not to crowd the area. You could have it smaller but the details may become cramped.

Bigger is always better but if you imagine the size of your hand as a rough sizing. I would personally make it a fairly large piece to do it some justice.

Well I think it was a solid attempt and much better than anything I could have chucked out.

Air brush has to be one of the hardest to do as the concentration needed along with no rubbing out does raise the stakes.

Keep at it and I am sure you will master it in no time.

That is spot on actually I managed to convince her that the geisha was a cultural part of the tattoo and I had to stick a robe on her (as the orig idea was that she was naked).

My wife still hates that part of the tattoo and should I get a sexy pin up I would def be pushing the boundaries way too far :p
