That is a very solid fill and is looking good on the design plan.
I have quite a few lotus blossoms on my backpiece and I think that it would have looked unfinished without it.

Flowers can be used for feminine tattoos but equally for masculine ones as well.

The ink will lighten but it can easily be highlighted with white ink to make it lighter if you are unhappy with it.

I know zero about electronics so will ask what does the board represent (usage wise)?

Black shade can lighten by upto a 1/3 after healing. It depends on the depth of the pigment and the type of pigment used.

My advice is keep it clean and apply a light layer of antiseptic for 3-4 days to ensure that it seals up and then use non-scented moisturiser as normal. Make sure no lanolin.

The main thing is that the placenta will filter out the usual bacteria from nicks and scrapes but yes blood poisoning is serious for a fetus or baby.

Those are elemental wind bars and have been placed in the tattoo as air fuels fire.

Traditional wind bars tend to be very blocky and solid fill or can be slightly curved as in the tattoo but again with solid fill.

White ink tattoos are possible and look great for about 2 years by which time they become very faded and sometimes a yellowish colour and need a re-shade to top them up.

Many artists state not to bother as they are high maintenance where a darker pigment can be used and last much longer effectively.
