Its a Black and Grey photo so I feel it is appropriate for the tattoo to be black and grey.:)

Quite interesting as I expected no one to say shading was worse. Having the lining done was like getting skin torn up and the line was fine. My artist laughed when we got to the shading as I had perked up alot more and become chatty in comparison to the line work.

I am too impatient to do what you have done. I would sit for 6-8 hours and get the cover up done on the 1st sitting.
My right arm has a kanji symbol thing from 12 years ago that will be covered which hopefully will be easy covered as it is only like 1 inch in size.

Thank god I thought it was just me that thought this is overblown and ridiculous.

It is hard to see how you will cover the dragon if you don’t go black and grey and some heavy shading.
What did your artist suggest.

I used Tattoo goo on mine found its texture much better and easy to apply. The bep was thick and you can pull off the flaky bits if not warmed up before applying.
