My studio recommends 2 weeks, I usually give it that or until it’s fully initially healed which has been 10 days in the past

Maybe have a look at some fishing long sleeve shirts? cotton is best for breathability but not much use if it’s really hot and sweaty as it will hold the moisture next to your skin.
Fishing shirts are designed primarily to protect against the sun but are vented and breathable to help keep you cool.

Thanks all, I never really got the wing part, all the way through but the artist convinced me it needed to be there and now it’s one of my favourite bits! (except for drilling it in around the back of the knee!)
