Welcome
Aye it seems for every good helpful friendly Tattoo site out there you will find half a dozen were Newbie’s are not made to feel welcome. That’s what I like about this place —constructive criticism is offered without making the receiver feel as if they had no right to interrupt the armchair warrior’s PRIVATE forum. As for having names…[Read more]

VERY VERY nice work there mate, who’s your artist and where they from, as others have said that much shading done so well in just a hour deserves a big shout out to your artist LOL this might be a first —I even like the St George theme ;)—-let the itching begin 🙂

As above guess I’m old school so it would be colour for me it depends on the artist, some are better at black/ grey and some are better at colour either way there’s some very talented people out there that have mastered the art 🙂

In a time when even the armed forces are discouraged from display tattoos openly then its no surprise that such tattoos should (IMHO) be discouraged from any self respecting artist —yes you would think that someone who has tattoos themselves should not be judgemental about such things but as stated elsewhere it will severely limit the wearers…[Read more]

I remember getting a tattoo over in the states many years ago and thought the guy (a ex Marine) had the lightest touch ever — it wasn’t till afterwards that I found out he had used a numbing cream before during and after that was the only time I’ve had it —-I did ask about it recently and was told yes I could have it but it may prolong the hea…[Read more]

its more what they meant to me or remembering a event good or bad .

That brings us up to date had a major change of plan,—-had hoped that we would be inlaying the centre piece this week but after much deliberation it has been decided that it wouldn’t look right so therefore has been scrapped, settled for a bit of work on the left hand side which will now be giving a months holiday to heal before final t…[Read more]

Now the whole layer of thin skin witch was on top came down and the tattoo looks healed but the colour is a bit faded. It also looks like it has bright circles all over the tattoo (like a chicken skin).
Could it be because i used cream the minute i got home instead of waiting 2-3 hours? :(:(
Here’s how it looks now
