I’m pretty sure it’s forbidden in the EU now. Very strict rules when it comes to tattoo ink, and UV ink is just a no-go.
Clearly you need some pretty hardcore chemicals to make it light up, and the risk involved is just too big.

Sunblock contains zinc, sunscreen shouldn’t, I think… But I could be wrong. 🙂 But yeah, it’s hard to tell just what’s in every single brand etc, so in general you should cover it up until it’s healed. Some have perfume and shit too.

Honestly? I have no idea how she does it. The work is by Electric Linda, all of her work is out of this world amazing.
I read something somewhere about how she did it, but it was mainly just hints, and other artists were advised to contact her 🙂
She works in Norway though, but I think she goes to quite a lot of conventions 🙂
