I think it could work in a water colour type tattoo. The bluriness would then be a part of it. Not sure if you like this new type of tattoo style.

Take Domantas Parvainis, he is only 500 euros a day but you have to travel to Lithuania. He is world class in my opinion and his fees will only go up 🙂
