the problem with oriental script is that it changes from area to area, there are so many different variations to the symbols.
go to your local chinese restaurant with a photo of it and ask them what it says.. it might sort your worries out

choose your artist well, and not being rude but you need to find an artist that can shade and colour things better than the one who has been doing your work so far.
they will look stunning pieces when finished

some artists will place vasaline on the piece before wrapping it, this is just a protection layer until you get home and give it its first wash, it shoud never be used on it again after that point, as kez said it does draw out the ink and the tattoo will be patchy with holidays in it.
