Yeah, I have a problem trying to negotiate a tattoo. Just tell me your no BS price. That is why I found an artist that I trust and pay by the hour. I highly recommend this approach. $250 doesn’t sound out of line. You’ve got at least a couple of hours work to do

Yeah, listen to these guys. It will take at least 3 hrs for that outline IMO. You will be much happier to walk around with a complete outline while you save up for shading

If you are inquiring about tattoo removal before you get your first tattoo, then you are not ready to be tattooed. Seriously, you should reconsider getting anything done. You are very young and have plenty of time to get inked up if you choose, but from reading your posts, I get the feeling this tattoo decision is being driven by “my friends are doing it”

I agree with the others. It is not so bad. It will lighten over time, but add some color to contrast it and you should be much happier
