I just use a towel soaked in warm water to gently pat it and remove any dried blood and apply bepanthen, I don’t use soap until maybe a few days later.

I’m not going to comment on placement, simply because I don’t know. The only thing I can think of is if you get it over your heart, and have your own kids one day, you may regret it.

Hmm, you’ve had a blow-out. I’d suggest going back to your original artist, and getting the outside line thickened. It’ll straighten out the little wobbles in the line and cover up part of the blow-out.
