Well, they were depressed kids, who shot and injured a lot of innocent people, then took the cowards way out.

I agree with P.I,
I’ve never met a tattooist who uses white ink other than highlighting, or use it as little as possible.
It fades very rapidly compared to other colours.

Flaking’s completely normal, just don’t pick it off, let it do it’s thing naturally.
I can’t help with the Lubriderm stuff though, sorry.

Can I ask why you want to get tattoos of murderers on you?

I ‘knew’ a girl the day after she had it done.
I hear many good things about them, and the rare horror story of it destroying any good sensation.
Like Matthew said, see a professional to get it done, who’s had a lot of experience.
As for pain getting it done, numbing cream was applied an hour beforehand, and she said she was surprised how little it hurt.

In my (very) unprofessional opinion, I think it would work, you might have to settle for a bit of heavier shading to cover up your old tattoo.

I’ve seen that everywhere, I guess die-hard Spiderman fans would love it.
I wouldn’t want it on me though, I’d never get laid again.
