People are starting to say the same about Japanese tattoos. And I’m sure it’ll happen with other styles soon enough.

Hmm well I can’t see the image of the tribal you want, but I think it might look strange having the new tatt starting and stopping. You could consider a coverup of the barbed wire band with the new tattoo. Best thing to do is take yourself to a reputable artist and ask their opinion.
