Looks like they may be moisture bumps from keeping to much goop on it.

That should be fairly easy to cover.

For the most part super solid linework the bears hand is a little wonky but for the rest awesome.

Buy a cotton long sleeve shirt and stay away from the plastic shirts not just for the tattoo but advise for life also.

Yep I concur keep it just work with it color and background it’s not a bad tattoo.

Just email him or hit him up on facebook. He is very approachable but to press your luck on just swinging by he may be tattooing someone and not be able to talk to you. You can work out most things with him online then set up a time with him to talk about it.

tattoos take a few months or more to fully heal. give it a bit before you get a touch up. new skin grows over the wound that was created giving it a milky look this will clear up. Don’t rush it, it’s not going anywhere.
