200×100 pixels enlarged is still going to be 200×100 square blocks of various colors.. just bigger in size. You can’t enlarge a picture and make it better.

Well it’s truth that no tattoos are perfect. 100% symmetrical or straight lines are impossible in tattoing except in perhaps one body position out of a million since the skin is a living organism and constantly being stretched in all ways, distorting the image.

Your tattoo, however, is just very poorly done.

Either way, you’ll be rid of the noise soon enough.
