One thing to consider, also, is that a raven is a much larger bird than the robin, so from a perspective standpoing it’s probably going to have both head and ass on the other side of the arm or something 🙂

Although $7,000 isn’t really all that far out if you think of the whole thing in college terms, tattooing is in essence a vocational training and I don’t know of any vocational training studies that cost this much. It almost seems like the skull is an add-on, and the robin was there before. It doesn’t look as well done. I’m loving that piece, however, and nothing about it is girly.

If you read their post, it states that the doctor says no… they’re looking for a second opinion. And doctors’ knowledge on tattoos are often VERY narrow-minded and negative. They are often very quick to say ‘don’t do it!’ without any real cause. At the very least, I’d look for a second opinion from another doctor.. preferably one with ink 😀

I really doubt any inks that are ‘natural’ are going to be any good for tattooing. The body should just dissolve them in a short time, leaving you with grey smudges.

There’s simplicity in this red on B/G. I kinda like it. Some people say that adding one color to a B/G job will ruin it, but I don’t think so.
