How it’s going to work, all depends on how much scarring you have. Repiercing generally shouldn’t be a problem, as long as you go to a very very good piercer. The fact that your piercer is “awesome” doesn’t mean he is. Make sure he uses internally threaded jewelry at least, and see if he’s a member of APP 🙂
