I wouldn’t personally let the artist that put a tattoo on me that crooked have another chance. You may allow him but I would want to see a good plan upfront, then a stencil or hand drawing applied so it can be checked in the mirror.

I dont think black and grey has anywhere near the impact of color,

its true, artist speed varies so much, and how big would you get the piece? half sleeve, 3/4 sleeve?..full diameter of the arm or just outside, lots of variables,

I think we would have to say we need to know more about you, age, where you live, heritage, what you are about, where you are going, the two arms are pretty far apart, I can think of alot of chest pieces but we dont know anything about you (this is also why I like to design with an artist, my artists know me)

Ive seen this piece done already as a backpiece (won some trophies in ohio), your arm is too small, you would need a large area

its true, some people advance faster than others, a few at two years could do it,
but Yodaddy is 100% correct you got to check their work, then you can see right away if they have handled pieces like yours,

damn, that story is a winner, you gotta keep trying to get another artist to finish, you may need to hit a couple towns away from home, but with a good bit of work already done it would suck to have to resort to laser
