Ooof, B-tat? My first tattoo ever was better than his skull on the pig skin. There are definitely some front runners and some pretenders on the show. I have no idea how they even chose some of the artists.

As much as I think the tattoos will be amazing on that show… I think I’m going to hate all the drama and competition. I just want to see nice tattoos without a “compelling” story.

Looks like a blowout there and where the neck is. It sucks but it happens. Is this your inner arm? If so, it’s a very common spot for blowouts. Thin skin there. Needle went too deep for too long.

The eye is awesome. The fingers could use some more solid lines and color saturation. On its way to becoming a really neat tattoo.

As an artist myself, I think that if you add a bit of color to a tattoo that is primarily black and grey, you risk it looking like its unfinished. I say leave it as it was meant to be.

It’ll fade to almost nothing on the palm side of the finger in a matter of a couple years. The top should stay pretty solid for a long time.

We don’t tattoo rings on people at our shop. They are a huge pain to do and they always fade. That’s why they are expensive at most shops. I would be wary of someone that would do it cheap.

Thanks for the high praise! It’ll be a while before I’m really any good. Even though I do hope to be world class one day I don’t need to get rich tattooing. I’m just happy to do something I love.
