Why not take it to a tattoo artist. You don’t need it coloring in as you only need the stencil to get it tattooed and add the color’s to your skin. Just tell the artist what color’s you want.

The best thing you can do is go to your tattoo artist who did it and ask him but some darker shading in there. I don’t see any reason why it isn’t possible.

No problem dude was just curious that’s all, as for a cover up i think that would be kind of difficult as it is in black. If you really do want a cover up though i would recommend some lazer surgery.

The right artist might be able to fix that for you though.
