Wait.. are you dissatisfied with your tattoo, or with the fact that he didn’t upload it to his site? If his not uploading it to his site (yet) is the only problem then there is no problem.

Recently in my state they banned Police from having visible tattoos. New officers will be turned down if heavily tattooed and current police will have to have them covered.

So… we’re not all going forward.

sorry to hear about your experiences, but I must agree with Peter. Also I don’t think it will look great as a tattoo. It kinda reminds me of a dreamcatcher, which can look good on skin. Maybe you could modify your design to suit, just an idea.
