Well, from the pictures it’s impossible to see if it’s blurred at all (since it’s all blurred). What you’re describing can’t be seen, so we can’t answer you.

Light blotches are quite normal for all-black tattoos though. You just go back for a touch-up in a month or two.

There are exceptions to all rules, of course, but I agree with the rest… that is WAY too young to get a tattoo. No hatin’ though 🙂

You can get a picture in focus though. Go further away and post the pic full size if need be. It really is impossible to see what you’re talking about when the whole thing is out of focus.

Those pictures are way out of focus, so it’s impossible to see much of anything.

Well, without knowing any better, I’d have to agree with that assumption. Any tattooist who does face and hands on a virgin and then gives no after-care intructions, must be a scratcher or at the very least a piss-poor tattoo artist.
