As said a pic is realy needed but as a rule of thumb it si every difficult to put a lighter colour over a darker one unless it has been dissolved by a laser treatment.

Black is notoriously difficult (as is green) to cover up.

That said it is not impossible.

Sounds like there could be some infection there although sounds slight – get some antibiotics or anti-inflammatories on it and get it sorted before it gets worse.

For me it was a sweet day – I took the day off work.

I got myself booked in for my backpiece but he is fully booked so 26th June is my first sitting for outline.
Then I went shopping with the wife grabbed lunch.
Spent afternoon chilling then went to see Watchmen and a meal with family after.

All in all it was a good day.

Ink is only workable over with a darker colour so if it was say a pale blue you would need a darker red, purple, or black etc to work over it.
