Do you have a full pic of the tattoo it is hard to see how thickening the lines will affect it from a close up

That is a hard one there is a bunch of countries on your list that at least for me don’t have anything that they are known for. Think hard about what stood out to you about that country. The most importaint part would be who you have do the tattoo.

When I first look at your tattoo I see a big black blob with some design above it. then I see the stag then I see the roman numerals under it.
So yes another pass of black over it wouldn’t hurt. Fuck the tattooist that covers up using a big black blob.

I had one tattoo done with a rotary and by far it was the most painful tattoo I have gotten. I think it all has to do with the tattooer

Yes laser removal of tattoos can work but that depends on the tattoo and the clinic. Not all laser clinics are created equal do your homework.

Looks like a nice tattoo but it doesn’t look like a phoenix to me, I think it looks more like a fancy pheasant.
I think adding any type of fire will ruin this tattoo.
