I’m doing some digging for my October vacation to Key West (Florida). So far the better reviews are from the few shops away from down town areas where my guess is there are fewer tourists.

Peterpoose is correct. There are many good artist’s out there that will work with you. Be prepared to pay a deposit for the artwork.
