several things can be held responsible for the dicolourations, it is caused by different types of skin and also different brands of inks but could be caused by bad techniques carried out by the artist……
i cant seem to think why you would ask about silverback inks….. unless you know that it is used by your artist.

you dont need to have a meaning to having a tattoo, its perfectly normal to have a tattoo just because you like the image…. i would say that only 20% of my clents have work done with a meaning….. most people just get addicted and want plenty of ink :p

it is posible to do but it wouldnt last the trials of time and would look horrible after a short time.
the shading coild not be done in the way that the pen and ink line drawing has been done.
if you go for normal tattoo shading then it would be better.
