It depends on your own personal pain tolerance my man, and where you want to get the 2nd piece of ink. If it’s in the same general area, 2 weeks. However, if it’s on a completely different body part, you can go the very next day–it’s just going to hurt more. Since you’re kinda a pussy when it comes to the pain, I’d wait a bit.

The pic quality sucks my man. From what I can tell from the grainy, poorly lit pic, it’s amazingly mediocre. It’s not shameful, but it ain’t something you should be proud of either. Though, again, that opinion might be different if I could actually see the damn thing.
