Its absolutely normal for white ink to discolor, especially when exposed to the sun. Two bad decisions in a row. Now just dive in headfirst and sleeve it out.

Why the bottom of your foot? Its going to hurt a lot and probably wont last very long. Why not get it somewhere where itll last?

Id actually suggest not getting a small piece on your thigh. Front of the thigh is a nice broad spot for larger work. But if you dont plan on getting tattooed frequently till you run out of room, go for it.

Arms are easy. I wrestle with the “where” a lot cause im at a point in my life where i prefer larger work and small stuff always screws that up.
