sounds like the skin was over worked a bit when you got you tat. This happened to me as well on my most recent one. Since it was an open wound with no pigment in it I used neosporan to get it to heal and then I went in to get it touched up- no biggie. Don’t freak out, keep it clean, get it healed and you can touch it up when it’s done healinge

I agree… I wouldn’t wait for your artist to come back. A dermatologist should take you seriously even if they don’t like tattoos. don’t panic though, I’m sure it’s nothing major.

I agree with Dags on this one as well… the only thing I disagree with is the tattoos on a woman’s arm being manly. I think they can be pretty feminine and sexy as hell I might add. Then again, we are on a tattoo site so I’m sure you would expect no less from me.

I agree with the first one as well. There’s already a lot going on in the tat, to put more stuff in there would be overkill in my opinion.

Dude, asking a price online is like asking how much rent is. It depends on where you are, what you are getting, how good your artist is, how much detail etc. It could be 50 and hour, it could be 150 an hour. The best thing you can do is interview more people in your area and get a feel for what they charge. Then compare the prices with the talent.

I stopped by to get a feel for him but I think we are leaving the bay before I could get in to see him. I’ll probably have to find someone in LA to do the next one… It’s actually going to be similar to yours, just pure mechanical- like a watch.

I would get the highest spf sunblock you can find and use that. It might irritate the tat a little (not much- your alomst healed really) and apply every 2 hours. Also, stay in the shade if it’s at all possible and if not try to keep your arm out of the sund but using your body to block it.

A PCB has many layers to it, maybe you could add some more traces around underneath the existing traces. Also, you could add some coding- numbers, letters, whatever that would mark up the board. Also, you might be able to put a hard line with some 3D feel to the edge of the board to make it look like it’s sitting on top of your arm.

When you say “he” are you talking about your tat? I have not heard of someone using the third person about their tat before.
