if you are having this many issues with a plug i would consider changing the plug material. i have a piece of carved bone for mine which seemed to fix the issues i had with a surgical steel one.

also stretching can be done up to 14mm far quicker than 4 years. i stretched mine from 1.6 to 8mm in about a month using a tapered ring.

the whole picture rating thing was actually only made for the whole ratemyink style pages which never really worked properly i dont think.

Ill be making a lot of changes on the forum soon which will include a new album area and many other new features and one thing i imagine will probably not be there will be the image rating.

there are a couple of other websites on the same server as well and when they are under big loads it affects the forum.

Plans to fix this are in place (move the forum to its own server)
but there are a few issues which stand in the way (costs money)
once these are fixed it should be screamin fast (hopefully within two months)
