I do actually like it and would simply get it relined and reshaded and add some more roses around it. It will look a hell of a lot better when done by a pro artist.

Laser is possible and they can be very accurate but you would be talking at least 6+ hits and a year or so wait before you could have it reworked.

Well you could do a variety of things;

You could add some smaller coloured stars that are floating off the red ones.

You could have a rainbow or comet shooting through as backdrop piece.

You could add floral designs or petals in and around the stars.

Maybe add some ivy trellis or more pattern to weave around the black lines?

Well I think it is a take on on a Bourneo rose.

I have seen quite a few of them but that is not the greatest example of them that I have seen.

Whilst the heart will be very simple to cover the forever will take a very big piece with dark colours of black, deep reds, blues, dark purple etc.

The script tattoo is quite ncie actually i would possibly reline and reshade it and keep it and just cover up the heart with a more pro drawn heart and roses and/or swallows style.
