dont use it. it has the “bad” kind of alchohol in it for one, so it will sting. as well it has petroleum in it which will leech out the ink a bit. no good. i’ll tell ya the same as i tell everyone.

if your going to use lotion, either use unscented lubriderm, or unscented cetephil lotion.

its the salt on your fingers thats stinging it. your sweat has salt in it, and when that gets on the tattoo its like having a tiny amount of lemon juice put in a cut… it stings.

also, if you are using lotion on it, make sure it is unscented, because the alchohol in the scent will make it sting too.

ya, thats normal, if you keep it moist it’ll just peel kinda like a sunburn. they dont always get hard scabs. in fact, ive only had one tattoo that got hard and crusty. and im pretty sure its because it was my 1st one and i didnt really lotion it much..
