I think given the size of the tattoo it could have been much better. Looks like a bit of a bikie tattoo to me. Sorry just being honest. Having said that it looks alot better in the second pic so hopefully when it’s finished it will be golden.

Most of us here are collectors and not artists, if you go to a GOOD shop and speak to an artist whose work you like you will get a much better idea of what works and what doesn’t. This part of the process is usually free but they may want a deposit.

What if your tattooist is smoking hot and you get a boner? Or worse, what if your tattooist is a fat ugly biker and you get a boner?

I’m sure it could be done but would probably look better as a 34 sleeve or full sleeve. Talk to a good artist and see what they think.
