3. Never expose your new tattoos to the sun
4. Looks pretty normal to me, there will be a lot of color lose after a scab comes off that should come back after a month or two
5. Just get your free touch up if it fades

Go for it. But you will need to find a great artist not just a great tattooist. The picture is so blurry they will have to redraw everything, It was taken with a cell phone correct? it focused in on the tail of the horse.
