Yes it is scabbed up. Dont pick the scabs they will come off on their own. wait a couple of months and get it touched up if needed no big deal.

Maybe use the tattoo that you have now as the shadow of a new dragon? Do you have a different pic that shows more on how this fits on your body(a farther away shot)?
