AFAIK, there’s nothing ‘exact’ about tattooing.

All ink fades, and there original color is no more, ever again.

Just like with car painting, colors need to be blended to be approximate, and then faded into each other.

This may be very unoriginal and all that, but those footprints (and handprints) are something I’d definitely consider putting on myself for my kids.

A) Any darker color should cover such a light one without problems.
B) No idea about fading, but red is the most likely to cause allergic reactions.
