To my knowledge, scarification is done with very sharp tools, so that must be branding.. although I’ve never heard of that and it sounds bloody painful!

LOL! Not trying to jinx it, but perhaps closing a circle with the three might just result in a fourth 😀

Yes. I was thinking that if you watch it in good quality on the computer, you can get screenshots of it from the TV show.

Watch the show London Ink (available in a torrent near you).
There you can see lots of pictures of it, since that show is about the artist that did it.

I have absolutely no knowledge about laser jobs, but we have one laser technician in here and hopefully he’ll pipe in and can give you a second opinion. He works out of the UK, however, so you’re probably not going there any time soon 🙂

And there’s no such thing as a great tattoo design website.…[Read more]

That’s the thing though, I couldn’t find you anything cooler because I find absolutely nothing cool about tribal. That’s just my opinion, however, and if you like it then great for you.
However, I’m sorry to say that it’s about 99.998% certain that in 10 years you will hate your tattoo if you get that one.
As for your age, I’ve been a moderator…[Read more]

Any decent artist could create something similar from pictures, yes, but any decent artist would refuse to create the exact same piece.
Why do you want THAT piece, though? It’s in no way specifically beautiful, nor is it cool. You are 18 years old and you’re planning on getting the biggest tribal piece I’ve ever seen, in a culture that is…[Read more]

Baden-Powell started the scouting movement in 1907 and chose their logo. He chose to immitate the arm-badge of the “Scouts” (reconnaissance specialists), of which he was a part when he served in the British Army. The classical description of this shape in Scouting literature…[Read more]

Of course it’s dark. It takes MONTHS to go down to the color it will end up being.
Like reefdiver says, relax and enjoy your healing. There’s absolutely NOTHING you can do at this point anyway, so stop worrying so much and just enjoy your new tattoo.
